Problem some times when i try to access to my site.

I have a site hosted in Bluehost: http://www.c-64.com.ar

Some times, the "connecting" with the site is VERY slow or "tilt".

The Bluehost support tell me that the ploblem is with my ISP (for the traceroute analizing).

I have the first IPS on my country and i haven´t got any problem with any sites.

I think that que problem is bluehost, but i don´t know.

Anyone can help me?

From those figures step 6 seems to be the one that is really slow. All the ones at the BlueHost end of the list show that the accesses are happening just about immediately so the problem is definitely not with BlueHost.
