For some reason I keep getting this: 500 Server Error
A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.
When I am at my forum admin cp (IPB) I havent modified the forum since a week or 2 ago and I have started getting this error about a wk ago.
Any ideas?

What do the error logs say?

mod_rewrite: maximum number of internal redirects reached. Assuming configuration error. Use 'RewriteOptions MaxRedirects' to increase the limit if neccessary.
I dont know what that is referring to and why it started doing that a wk ago all of a sudden.
I'd contact technical support on this one, since if you haven't changed anything yourself I suspect it would be an Apache reconfiguration or upgrade/patch that may have caused something to hiccup.
The error message itself is an Apache configuration issue, although I suspect that your system is probably using a higher number of redirect requests than most, and it's exceeding a maximum that is set somewhere in the Apache configuration.
However, since the default is normally set at 10, I really have to wonder what in your board/site is requiring that much redirection.
Either way, tech support should be able to help you with this.

I have no idea. =/
All I was doing was editing a member profile and then when I cliked the "click here if you dont want to wait" to be redirected, I got that error, happened 3 times.
