Server load 68% and climbing

I'm on box 447 and my server load has been going up and up for the past month or so. Today it's at 68% and I'm sure it'll go even higher. I Live Chatted with support two weeks ago when it was 37% and he brushed it off and said it's normal and not to worry about it. Should I?

I wouldn't worry about that too much. The server isn't running at full capacity. If your web site starts slowing down significantly AND you haven't made any major changes, then I would question them again.

Remember that these are shared servers, but the BH team does keep a good eye on them.

When it goes over 90% then support will start moving accounts to a different server. They try to keep all the servers at just under 90% capacity (any higher and it can start to impact on sites working properly, any lower and they need too many servers).
