Bluehost say we can host unlimited domains.
I want to create a new website, fictive name : outdoor12345
My actual website is : www.travelmastery.com
I want to have www.travelmastery.com
AND
outdoor12345.com
How do i Make it so that it won't be www.outdoor12345.travelmastery.com
but both be completly different...
...Don't know how to be any clearer

That alternate name you posted is there simply to provide you with access to the stats. Also the subdomain for stats access need not be the same as the domain name.
When setting up an add-on domain you need to supply both a folder name for where the content is to be found and a subdomain name to provide access to the stats. You don't publish either of those values anywhere and so no one but you will ever know what they are.
So when creating the add-on domain outdoor12345.com you might specify a folder name of travelmastery.com/notinside and a subdomain name of out999.travelmastery.com so as to have names that are close enough to the domain name for you to know what they mean but different enough from it so that no one is likely to guess those values. If you are really worried about people guessing them then make the folder and sub-domain names completely random character strings.
