How Bluehost help if i lost password

i have some question about forget password:

If my domain got hacked, i lost password, email, and hacker was change visa card infomation in my account file, can i using payment details ( visa digit card, paypal transaction id ) for forget my pass any time ?

You need to contact BlueHost support directly if your account was hacked. They will instruct you on how you can verify ownership of the account. Going forward, you also need to identify how the security of your account was compromised. If they were able to get in through your cPanel interface and muck with your account settings, then you need to ensure that doesn't happen again.

as I recall, bluehost had past credit card numbers on file, still. So you should be able to identify yourself that way.
