Dear Blue Host Admin.

i regester a businesess web site domain name from ( blue host ) as i have about 8 web sites with ( network solutions ) GREAT SERVERS, and i regestre with a blue host to have my own company private web site to buld it my self with out let any of my staff or other web site builders to do anything with it, it some secrets or impotents documents & deals etc. to work it out my self,

in the 1st day i use the ( ready pages - limited designed pages ) an i didnt like it,
so i try to make some changes as it's my right.

I did a mistake, everyone dos.

then i ask you ( blue host staff ) to return the cepanel & setting to the default ( the 1st day setting ) with everything that i make change with it , to start over building my web site,
the staff contacts me via my email, i am thankful, that was good job, then i ask the staaf to do so.
then they asked me for some details like the last 4 digit, card, password. an i gives them what the asked for.
then they sent me an email say's thier was some files been deleted and the will make everything as defult as i asked them, and he says to allow them ( 20 Min. ) do make it happened.


i still waiting to do that. every time i try to make changes it telling me the same thing, means they never do what i asked them. what happened that someone from blue host calls me and asking for about ( 490 $ ) to build my web site.

is that mean they dont want to helps me with out pay them as will for build my site ??!!,, OKAY i want to do that my self , and all i am asking is just return my web site setting as the 1st day .
is that hard ??
or they dont want to do that for me to force me pay for them to do so.

please advices as i already lost 3 months with out any results.

As far as I know, bluehost partners with a company that does web site building, but they do not solicit or contact bluehost customers without that customer first contacting them (there is a link in the cpanel).

Also, support can restore your account to the original setup, as long as you realize that it does erase, delete, and remove anything you have on the server, including email, web pages, cpanel settings, etc. If you already asked for this and it is not done, please contact support again and tell them that you wanted it and it hasn't been done, and can they please try again and verify that it actually does it.
