Need Help With Internal Error

I just checked my error log (for the first time ever). I have this message repeated a LOT:

[error] [client {IP ADDRESS DELETED}] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

I only do web design -- no backend stuff, so I have no idea what this means or what I need to do about it. Can anyone tell me what this means, if it is particularly bad, and how I fix it?

Where did it appear in the log?

Was it in one of the site specifiic sections at the bottom of the log report or was it in the general section at the top where all the messages that can't be redirected to the specific site log are listed. If it is iin the top section it probably has nothing whatever to do with your site.

It was the "MAIN error_log" section. Is that the one you're saying doesn't matter?

Unless it refers to something you recognise then there is a 99.75% chance it relates to some other account.
