I am a freelance web designer and use Bluehost for almost all the websites I design. My clients usually use the html editor located in the file manager of the control panel to edit the text and what not on the pages of their websites.
However, in the past few weeks, a problem has arisen that wasn't a problem in the past. Everytime they use the html editor, some bizarre capital letter A's with various accents over them appear all over the page after they save it. It has happened to at least 10 of my clients.
Was there a recent change in the html editor software that is causing this bug? Will this problem be fixed? What are the ways to fix this problem, aside from making all my clients purchase Dreamweaver or other editing software to update their sites? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
