Contact form with Captcha?

Hi - I'm new to all this but was wondering if there is a "free" php contact form (with CAPTCHA) that I can upload to my site?

Probably already one in your seite modules unless you are using something obscure. Check the site CMS software manual. you'll probably get lucky there.
