Blurry or Distorted Images in OS Commerce

I went through the transferring/copying of files to my site.
Now it says to go to

www.academyarts.net/catalog/install/

to get started. You will see that this shows very messed up pictures. I deleted all my os commerce files and restarted and the same problem occurred. Any advice is appreciated.

Okay. I see that this is not an easy one--so I have decided to try to re-install the files one more time. I will post when I have completed that and let you all know if it made a difference.

I re-installed with fantastico instead of manually and it works now--duh
