Why don't they just use backups on a BACKUP box, while the main box is being fixed? I have a business to run, and this is seriously impacting on it. I don't want to lose my job! Again, in the email I just receieved, Matt said he'd make the decision at 6am. Well it looks like no backups. If this continues for even a day more, I'm going to request all content on my domain be moved to another box. I haven't been a costumer for long. My friend had told me, when I was searching for a host, that Bluehost is the best choice to go with, but after this huge downtime, and lack of support I've been having, I really don't know. I hope this problem is fixed soon, because my part in my business depends on this website, and without it, I might lose my job!

Perhaps I'm being too simple, but common sense would be that if you had a BACKUP, then from the point of time that backup was last updated, you can move the files to a new production box and get everyone going?!? If you know it is going to take at least 3 hours (per Matt's email) then swap out the bixes while you are working on it?

Box126 is now back up. The Bluehost administrators are reviewing to make sure that everything is correct on the server, but as of now the server is back up.
