mysql pdo support

Blue host is based on Cpanel so I'm curious if they provide php-pdo for mysql I need it for http://hostbillapp.com

after signup I will receive logins to cpanel? and can have reseller access?

With BlueHost you get one cPanel login per account.

If you want multiple cPanel logins/reseller access you will need to look elsewhere as BlueHost do not offer that option.
