is there a way to be notified for new wordpress release, through bluehost?

No but WordPress itself notifies you every time there is an upgrade - you just need to go into the admin section and it will tell you whether the main program and/or any plugins have an upgrade available.

On the WP Download page (http://wordpress.org/download/), underneath the Download button, is a Release Notification mailing list field. Enter your email and press, Join and you'll be notified as soon as a new version is made public.
