mysql problem using navicat

hello

i got my SSH enabled on my bluehost account
and also whitelisted my ip address

i still find an error

Access denied for user telugufi@'box572.bluehost.com' (using password: YES)

here are some screen shots
IM using navicat

these are my settings

General tab :
hostname: domain.net
port: 3306
username : cpanelmyusername
password : cpanelmypassword

SHH tab:
hostname: domain.net
port: 22
username : cpanelmyusername
password : cpanelmypassword

Your settings look fine to me. Did you try contacting support to troubleshoot the problem?
