Simple Scripts

I am sorry if this has been asked before but I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find a answer. I am trying to upload a new forum theme with simple scripts. I can't find a way to do this. I don't see the option in the administrators console. I have downloaded the new theme I want to my computer and now I just need to figure out what to do with it. Sorry I am such a noob. If anyone knows the answer or could point me in the direction of the answer I would greatly appreciate it.

The only purpose for Simple Scripts is to auto-install the baseline software. Add-ons like plug-ins and themes must be uploaded by the end user usually through the software's administration interface.

It should just be a matter of using FTP to upload the theme to the correct folder and then go into the appropriate admin option to select the theme (which should show up there once it is uploaded).
