How do I download messages from my Yahoo group?

Hi Folks,

I need to download all the messages from my Yahoo group and upload to my new Joomla site on BlueHost, www.vintagelamborghini.com

Any ideas how I can do this? I have the forum set up, so I need to download from yahoo and upload to the new forum.

After some preliminary searching, it looks like some users were able to do this (http://fireboard.bestofjoomla.com/component/option,com_fireboard/Itemid,2/func,view/catid,6/id,1584/) but there doesn't seem to be any special importer. Since the threads I could find appear dated, you'd probably have to do a bit of coding to be able to accomplish what you're trying to do. It would probably be best to pose this question in the forum that corresponds to either Joomla or the forum software you are using. You're more likely to get better informed answers there.
