Does Bluehost allow non-English languges to be hosted?

I know that Matt Heaton (head cheese at Bluehost) posted on another thread the other day that other extensions, e.g. .de, .uk, etc., are permitted, so I would think that you would be able to post a foreign-language site. Plus, I know that there are several people from outside the United States that own accounts and regularly post here.
