simple webboard needed

Does anybody know where to get a simple webboard to install on the server? We want to install a board without sections and subdirectories just a simple one - you go there, find everything listed on one side and can post your add on the buttom (and when it becomes to long it will be replaced with a new one) - or anything similar. I am sure most of you have seen such before and know exactly what I mean)

The reason for that? After we have installed the board under fantastico (similar to this) we received only a few entries while we have had dozens of entries every single day on the server we had been before. Even the argument the new modern form prevents from spamming does not work - now we have had spam only where we have had a good mixture before. Also a lot of related posts keep spammers away after a while
