My username is gotoo.org,when I enter my username and password and try to login,it says:No such domain or username.I place this order on 2006-2-19(GMT +8),and I find the charge information on the website of my credit card,Bluehost charged me on 2006-2-21(GMT+8).I did nothing expect logining these days.Why can't I login now?:mad:
Do you charged me and then close my website?:confused:

I have received an email just now.Almost resolved.
It seems nobady supports me,now the time is 05:09 AM(GMT -7).

Whoa, I have no idea why you can't get to your account yet, but if you sign up again after already having been charged, you will most likely get charged again.
Did you ever receive a confirmation phonecall from bluehost?

Yes,I called the customer service,he tell me that my order was Declined(maybe this word),I don't quite understand what he meant because of my poor english.:confused:
He told me to sent an email includes my information to him.

E-Mail Support@BlueHost.com and ask them specifically what you need to do.
Unfortunately since I don't officially work for BlueHost, I'm not able to assist you with account problems unless they're minor. :(

Gotoo, your account was declined means it was not accepted. Perhaps your credit card was declined?
I would do like Brandon has said but I would call them. Call (888) 401-4678. tell them your account username, and ask them exacly what you need to do to approve the account. You may need to give them a valid credit card number again.
