my website dont work with bluehost ?

I have install my website to bluehost at account http://70.103.16.155/~vietnamw/portal/links.php?action=new from my old place
our old server is worked well
se : http://www.websites.vn/portal/links.php?action=new

I have install full SQL records, structure ... and compare and see that sql data are the same . But we can not see the code works , can not add new links , or even browse to see any data . pls explane why?

My old server sersion
-- phpMyAdmin SQL Dump
-- version 2.8.0.2
-- Server version: 4.1.21
-- PHP Version: 4.4.2

and bluehost
-- phpMyAdmin SQL Dump
-- version 2.8.0.2
-- Server version: 4.1.20
-- PHP Version: 4.4.3

(before i import data to sql table, i have change information to bluehost version) but it dont work too

I see both sites just fine.
there are similar posts in this forum with solutions. you might have to clear your cache or something...

http://70.103.16.155/~vietnamw/portal/links.php?action=new --> i dont see the link , i just see only category, but i can not open category, do you see that ?


Example
http://70.103.16.155/~vietnamw/portal/links.php?cat=118 ---> it returns category page, no data
But http://www.websites.vn/portal/links.php?cat=118
is ok

Checking the error log might give you a clue. Log into cpanel then go into the error page.

PHP error_log is what you should concentrate on. Main error_log can be ignored most of the time.
