All packages available in Simple Scripts are free to use.

If there are no fees involved, why does it read "15 day trial" for soholaunch when I'm trying to migrate from fantastico to simple scripts? What happens at the end of the 15 day trial?

That's for people who are using hosting that does not provide Simple Scripts who want to sign up for it themselves. Since BlueHost set up Simple Scripts it is free for everyone using BlueHost hosting.
