Hello everyone,

I´m interested in knowing which of us make use of drupal as their preferred CMS.
I have a Blog designed with Wordpress and using kiwi as theme. However for CMS, I have tried many options in the past (almost all listed in Bluehost Cpanel), but have finally settled for Drupal considering its good reviews and experience so far.

It seems to me it would be nice to get to know others who have websites built with Drupal so we could share experiences and help one idea with ideas. You might want to also include a link to your site.

Anybody home?

Ginger - I run Drupal on one site and over all it works OK. The reason I choose to run Drupal was the clean easy to read and follow interface. It is easy for most people to find their way around your site. It is also easy to configure and setup.

The one problem I have, is that adding pictures and images to your posts requires a MOD (inline) that is a bit of hack to use and a little quirky. Also, when you use fantastico to upgrade, you must go back and re-add the MOD back in.... sigh. But I still like the way it looks.

Good luck with whatever you choose,
Woody

Here´s the personal site I´m building with Drupal (marvin Theme). www.writingpad.org

To post images I have two modules: Image and Image Assist. I have not yet tried to upgrade, so yet to experience the problem mentioned by Woody.

iorth, what theme are you using on your site. It´s quite clean- I like it.

Hi All,

I have a couple of Drupal sites running on Bluehost.com

http://krooninfo.co.za
http://boerboel.co.za (under development)
http://bedstop.co.za (under development)

I've had some database integrity and cache-related hassles since upgrading to Bluehost from a different ISP. Those problems certainly have not occurred before. The cache related problems have to do with 'old' ie not updated pages being served after updates have taken place. They are neither browser related, and the Drupal cache options are supposed to flush the cache in the case of changes. Yet old pages are still served for ten or twenty minutes after the changes.

I wonder if any other Drupal users have had similar problems?

Regards
