Can bluehost support multiserver load for a website?
I have a website called www.punctultau.com. This is a forum. My webhoster is not bluehost and it`s keep on blocking from time to time. My website is down and.. this is kinda embarassing for my visitors.
Can bluehost support passing from a server to another in case my website is dropped?
From what I see in this forum, people are glad about Bluehost.
Can you help me with my issue?
If I did not make myself understood please ask me some questions... :)

Multiserver hosting is an advanced service that is quite costly. A google search will provide you with some links to places that offer this. Bluehost does not offer this service. Everything here is based on shared servers.

But what server sharing means?
If a server is down, others will reactivate my website online?
I don`t really understand.

Shared server means that the server you are hosted on will be shared by 100s of other users. A dedicated server on the other hand means you rent out a server for your own use. Dedicated servers come from $100-$500 per month on an average. SO there is a big difference in price.
A load balancing / fail over set up you want to have will cost you a LOT. Unless you have a huge budget, go with a reliable shared host or for cloud hosting.

For example if I have 10.000 visitors a day... what service do you suggest for me?

It depends on what sort of site you have. If it is all static web pages then you could grow to millions of times that many visitors and still use shared hosting.
For a resource intensive site that number of visitors could need multiple dedicated servers.
