Yeah you're going to need to know PHP or I guess you can use CGI, but PHP would be the best if you need then to sign up on the page.

Wow someone has issues :rolleyes: anyways enough info was given to say "yes" that requires some coding.

Depending on what you want for a login script you may want to look at some of the portal options like phpnuke, joomla etc.
