Hi,
I saw at linksdofollow.com that you can get Dofellow for free when you purchase Bookmarking Demon.
Has anyone here tried Dofellow ? Is this a good deal ?

Apparently there is a banner for dofellow.com on linksdofollow.com.
Don't know what they're selling, but the site seems to be down for now.
That alone should tell you to stay away from any such thing.
Edit: Doing a quick google search on dofellow reveals this:
DoFellow finds Dofollow blogs for specific keywords in an instant.

Update:
I am now using DoFellow, and very happy with it.
It finds lot of dofollow blogs (blogs without the nofollow thingy) and it really improves the rank of the website. I try to comment in blogs that are pr3+.
I recommend this tool. They've done a good job and it is very easy to setup and use.
Haven't tried Bookmarking Demon though yet.

I'm assuming this DoFellow is program (please correct me if I'm wrong) that allows you to search for blogs? I'm surprised you were able to find blogs to post on that were pr3+ and were Follow. This is just for you to link build for your own site, correct? If so, very cool little tool. Why does jbladeus think it is a bad thing?

more like a spam post software for blogs comment.
say NO to spamming.

Why does jbladeus think it is a bad thing?
Because as charlesgan says - the purpose of the software is to generate spam comments on other people's blogs (something that deserves death by slow meat grinder since spammers are the worst sort of pond scum).

This is more or less like using ScrapeBox'a - that is spamming. So much for the topic!

Ew. Ok. Spamming with a bot is in fact bad. My bad. I was confused. Original content is one thing, but just using a bot...

I think it depends on how it is used. Personally, if you use a program like Scrapebox to find high PR blogs within your niche and then make comments individually on each post.....I think that's an effective use of technology.
Hardly anyone uses Scrapebox that way though. Everyone wants huge auto-approved lists where their spun comments can be left by the tens of thousands.
I don't have any interest in that. I also think it's largely a waste of time and resources because those type of blogs get deleted rather quickly.

I agree with MarkUncorked that it's how you use the technology. It's just unfortunate that spammers know how to use technology for their own advantage.

Do follow link is important for improve backlink and page rank.
No it isn't - Google's Panda update ended that.
Panda just devalued the links and rankings of some of the big content farms - like article directories - that accept just about any submission and give out links as payments. By ignoring quality control, some of these farms were able to build up millions of URLs on a single domain despite not actually offering anything of value to surfers.
However, links and pagerank still seem to be extremely important for determining search engine positions. It is just that Google is trying to be more discriminating in which links count, and how much they count.
