i have installed dada mail. i have to assume its been installed correctly since ive recieved no error messages or the like. i set up my list (115 addresses).
i set the batch setting to 30 emails per hour, well below the 50 per hour limit bluehost has.
it sends 1 batch, and thats it. originally i had it set for 15 per 20 minutes and got the same problem. so i 'slowed it down' to 30/1 hour but same thing. i get 1 notification saying the 1st batch has been sent and nothing else.
this is very frustrating, espically since ive now sent my email out to some people on my list twice and others not at all. any fix i attempt is just going to send it to some people a third time!
i know this forum is not to provide support for dada mail, but this really doesnt seem like its a problem with that application, and besides bluehost recommended the program, i never would have used it otherwise.
i already contacted support about getting a dedicated IP, or to see if i need one. in sending its batches, is dada mail continuing to run a command for longer then 5 minutes, as the 'note' on the mailling list page of the control panel warns?
i know there are other threads regarding dada mail in this forum as well, but this problem seems pretty unique.
