Is it possible to use Druple with Bluehost?

If you mean Drupal - yes. You can either upload it and manually install it or use Simple Scripts in the cPanel to automatically install it.

Have installed Drupal with Simplescripts. Have ftp access to site (addon domain). Shows only empty folder, cannot access drupal folders to make necessry changes.

Point your ftp client to public_html. Under that folder your addon domain will be a folder under your primary domain. Or whatever path/folder you specified when you installed it.

Thank you Barry. I followed the video to set up ftp account. Same in filezilla. How do I modify the ftp account and/or the filezilla entry to follow your suggestion?

You don't need (or even want to) set up a separate ftp account to access your site.

In Filezilla create a Site under File | Site Manager. Call it whatever you want.
In the General Tab enter your site name (example.com)
For server type select FTP unless or until you set up SSH with Bluehost.
Logon Type - Normal
User - your Bluehost assigned User ID
Password - whatever you have for your User ID
On the Advanced Tab I have /home/userid entered there - that way I can drill down to where ever I want
My default local directory is my Desktop - that allows me to have a starting point to pick where ever I want
You can leave the other tabs alone.

Click Connect. You will have your local drive in the left panel, your Bluehost account in the right panel.

You can now delete the ftp account you added as it's not needed.
