How to specify "Remote Directory" for PageWizard?

I'm trying to publish my PageWizard project for a new BlueHost account, before I change my DNS entries to point to BluePoint.

How can I specify the "Remote Directory" so I can publish my new website for preview?

Access using the IP address you were sent in your introduction email. Look for something like:

In the meantime, before your site becomes active, you can view your site by going to the following URL:

http://70.103.189.74/~rymecom

And you can access your files using the IP address for FTP:

ftp://rymecom@70.103.189.74/public_html
