Can someone provide me information or a link to directions as how to get my site which is built and saved,, to my Blue Host account?
Im sort of new to this and while the building part is easy for me, My confusion is the transferring process.
Thanks.

Well, first you need to setup your ftp info.
In Dreamweavers menu, goto Site, then Manage Sites. Then double click or select your website name and click Edit.
One of the Advanced catagories is Remote Info. There is a dropdown menu where you can select FTP. Are you familiar with FTP or are you new to that too? If you are familiar with FTP, it should be pretty easy after that.
Even if you're not to familiar with FTP, the info you received from Bluehost along with info from their help page should help you to fill in all the blanks.
There are some other options you can setup with Dreamweaver to customize how it handles uploading, syncronizing, etc. In other words, really simple or complicated (to meet your needs).
That being said, I have had problems uploading with Dreamweaver in the past for some reason. I just downloaded Filezilla (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/) for all my FTP needs and it works great.

Ok, now I have it where my Dreamweaver has connected to my BlueHost FTP account.
Now, how to I start the process of making it transfer?

kemper your filezilla link is wrong, you have an exta " in there, but if you just erase that when you get an error page you can go to the filezilla site.
