installing a mod onto my phpbb3 site

Hello!


I need some help installing a Auto Group mod and a RedBar mod onto my phpbb3 forum could someone explain to me how to do this please? Because I want to have a legit premium and banned group on my forum plus a RedBar nav bar with a Media Archive as nav bar so any help with this would really be appreciated.^ ^
