Deleted wp-admin folder and wp-includes folder

Based on advice from a vendor help desk - I deleted the wp-admin folder and wp-includes folder from my FTP. I have the updated version on my C drive and a back up of my blog on my c drive in a Pagefile.sys file. I am wondering is there an easier way to restore these two files rather than uploading each indiviual file? There are a ton.

Okay - here is my offical ruling - I should not be allowed near a computer.

I have the backup downloaded on to my computer - -- only took me 5 hours. Yipee!

Going to try to install it. Wish me luck!
