No... they are NOT aware of it, I can confirm that after enquiring through Live Chat. Not happy about the previous thread on the issue being closed. :mad:
I am having the same trouble... but I definitely haven't connected via FTP for 22 hours. I have a fixed IP here... checked logs.
I restarted this thread to let others know that I DON'T have anything running that's doing periodic / automated FTP updates... so it's NOT something you're doing wrong. I've seen this before and it's random... just goes away and suddenly re-appears a few weeks later. Lodged a ticket last time, but like this occasion... I waited 15 minutes and it just let me in.
Occasional false positives from intrusion detection scripts is my suspicion, but if it's that intermittent, it's gonna be hard to track down. :(
