The problem I am having, is that one of our employees who uses their own Hotmail account, is having their email blocked, and it showing up in the Quarantined Emails. I am not sure at the moment if this is being blocked by a default installed anti-spam program, or by the enabled Postini service, but it's whichever one generates the "Quarantined Emails" email.
So in configuring the approved sender list through the Message Center, I am able to add a particular email address to that user and allow the emails to come in unblocked. My question is there any way to do this for ALL users at once, is there any master list I can edit that will approve a sender for all email accounts? The alternative is to add the exception to each email, which I can do, just trying to avoid.
