View Full Version : Has anyone talked to bluehost today? Can't get thru...

Hi,
Has anyone been able to get thru to bluehost today? My websites have been going down all morning and I can't get thru to bluehost via chat or phone. I suppose i could email them, but that has a 24 hour turn around which isn't going to help me today. So, if anyone has been able to talk to them, could you post what is going on with their servers today and the estimated time that things will be resolved? I have clients waiting on me.

Maybe someone from Bluehost could send out an email or post on the forum what is going on and the status of the fix?

Thanks so much to anyone who can post some info!

Hello, and welcome to the forums. First, this is a user to user forums, and not a direct Bluehost support site.

I'm not sure anyone here would know any more than you do at this point. However, I will attempt Live Chat and let you know the results.

Note that there are several hundred servers at BH. What's happening on your server may not be happening on everyone else's. You can always try the Bluehost Systems Alerts page - http://serverstatus.bluehost.com/.

LiveChat seems to be functioning, although I didn't attempt to begin a session.

I hope everything comes back online soon!

The first time I tried chat, I sat in the queue for quite a while and had to get out for something else. I just tried again and got right through. The support person I chatted with had just come on shift and told me there were quite a few chat requests, but there were no known problems. Sounds to me like they just got hit hard in a short period.
