Try the following command

gem install postgres

Why don't you write an email directly to the support team?

I asked them several times to install a gem for me. Ain't a problem. It was ready to use within an hour or two.

Yes send an email to support@bluehost.com and they will be able to help you. Us users here cant do anything on your account. Only somtimes will the support crew come here, but even then they are going to need CC validation, and I dont think you'll want to show that here.

I send them an email already. (4-5 times)

But nothing reply to me until 07/09/2006 they send me a message tell me they installed.
