If you email customer support with you domain name that your account is under they can upgrade your service. I will post the email address if I can find it. You can also give them a call.

Try support@bluehost.com - I think that's who I contacted when I upgraded my account not long ago...

When I saw the upgrade for the accounts I opened a live chat and they upgraded my account (this was right when it was first put on the front page). But recently I tried the live chat it was an automated computer that didn’t understand anything. But you could try that. Or just call them up:
