I've noticed that logging in to CPanel is slow, regardless of where I login from whether it be work or from home. If it fails it goes to a page-not-found. If I try logging in again I get the following error:
FAILED: Unable to change to new session.

I have cleared cache, and still get the same problem. I've tested this on multiple browsers which include Firefox 4, 3.6, IE 8 and 9, Google Chrome and Safari. So far in the last few months I have had an about a 50% success rate on logging into CPanel. I usually have to wait a day if I get this error: FAILED: Unable to change to new session. It is extremely annoying! Another thread I found on the issue which consist of 12 pages of worthlessness and an excuse for its failure here: http://www.bluehostforum.com/showthread.php?21236-Bluehost-problems/page13&

I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem and their solution around it. I am beyond fed up at this point

The link you provided is a thread that was running when Bluehost had a power problem resulting from a blown transformer. Is wasn't a worthless thread and has no bearing on the problem you are encountering.

Perhaps you should contact Bluehost directly via Live Chat from their main page --> http://www.bluehost.com

This is a user to user forum and Bluehost does not monitor the postings here. So it may be worth your while to contact them before you come here and rant about a problem, and misquote threads.
