phpBB Mass Email

We recently switched from GoDaddy to Bluehost, and have been having some email issues with phpBB. I fixed the MX to reflect the change, and that fixed some things, but I am having some issues with the Mass Email function of phpBB. It's not spam, just to send announcements to all our registered forum users. I think the smtp settings are wrong, what should they be for the BH mail servers? Is there something else I have to change because I know you place some restrictions on mass emails. At this point, it's only about 40 emails, so it is under that 50/hour limit. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks all!

It just doesn't send and I get the following error message. I'm hoping someone over on the phpBB forums can help, but wanted to check to see if there is anything going on on the BH side of things.

Oh yes, I had that problem once. Edit the file smtp.php and change the port from the default 25 to 26. That fixed it for me. (Bluehost uses port 26)
