SSL and Shared Hosting

A client has asked me about a secure payment form for their website. Currently, there are a number of sites hosted on the account, which has a shared IP. If I use the shared SSL certificate, I get warning flags in the browser, but if I moved to a dedicated SSL, will I need a dedicated IP for each of the accounts currently being hosted?

Any other suggestions?

You can have one dedicated IP address and one SSL per account. If you need separate SSL for separate sites then each would need its own account.

At least that's my understanding of how it works.
