Just do it from your mysql control panel. Go to mysql data bases, scroll to the bottom, click that choose your database name, under I think export export it as a file, and dl it to your comp. :)

You can also accomplish this in phpMyAdmin but the earlier suggestion might be better (and simpler). Just wanted to make you aware is all. :)
