There is nothing that can be done from the sending end apart from telling people how inaccurate some blacklists are. These particular blacklist providers block millions of senders just because one of those senders has sent something that someone has identified as spam. Since even the recipients are not likely to get far in getting the blacklists fixed, the only effective solution is to convince the recipients to stop using blacklists that contain addresses that block millions of legitimate senders just to block one spammer. There are blacklists out there that correctly identify spammer addresses but a couple of the most popular ones also block about 20% of the legitimate email addresses as well and anyone using one of those is instantly banned from receiving emails from one in five of the people they want to receive emails from.
