I installed PHPlist sometime ago and it was working fine, and then it stopped working around Oct of last year. the script still seems to run, but when a user attempts to signup to the mail list, they get this message
Sorry, sending the email to request your confirmation failed, please click "Reload" to try again. If it still does not work, it may be because you are listed on our "Black List", which means that you cannot receive emails from our newsletter system. In that case, please contact the administrator.
What happens is that there info is put in the mail list, but a confirmation email is never sent to the user so in effect, they cannot signup.
I am not seeing any errors in my server error log. Any ideas on what to look for?
