blocking a whole country

is there a way to block an entire country? i've had 2 bandwidth attacks on me so far and now i'm screwed out of a whole month of service and there's nothing i can do about it. i want to block brazil because that's the offending country. i dont care if any brazilians view my site, i want to block the entire country, is there any way to do this?

PS: i already got it, i've just banned the top 3 digits in the ip. hopefully that'll keep these brazilians off my doorstep. i still think its really really unfair that i wont have service for a month though.
