and talk to a live rep, to sovle these type of problems. Blushost has excellent support and they always solve whatever problems I may have.

I find that I've come to prefer using the Live Chat function for support questions. The level of support is every bit as good as phone support and I can have a transcript of the entire session emailed to me afterward. (That sure beats taking notes or trying to remember what was said on the phone.)
