Hi so I'm getting these returned messages:

<xxxx@xxxxxxxx.com>:
208.x.xxx.xxxx does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 554 Service unavailable; Client host [oproxy2-pub.bluehost.com] blocked by bl.spamcop.net; Blocked - see http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?67.222.39.60
Giving up on 208.x.xxx.xxxx.

What can I do?
thanks

Try to convince the people you send emails to that if they are going to use spam blockers that they should use one that only blocks spam and doesn't block a lot of legitimate emails as well.

I have the same problem with one of my websites over the past two weeks. The IP where is alocated in the server is blacked listed in most of the antispam filters.

Support have told me that they have removed the IP in the spam filters but the problem still exists. There are servers that are directly returning my emails and this is a very serious problem because my customers are very angry.

I requested a change of IP and if this does not solve the problem I will go to another hosting company.
