Setting the Wordpress blog..

I am just setting up my wordpress blog.
My root address for the Wordpress site still shows a generic BlueHost page while a link to a specific post shows the correct page.
Could you please help me figure out why the main page still shows as BlueHost generic page if i already have the wordpress installed and put some content??

Delete a file named default.html if it exists in the root of the public_html folder.
