Hi,
OK lets get started...
Here is my problem...
I have read millions of threads that are on this theme but nobody ever really understood he problem...
So here it is: I have a account on horde I is like this myname@myfimsname.ba
And now I want to add this account like all the other 6 that I have and that work great (they aren't horde but another mails like gmail, yahoo, Hotmail etc. etc.) to Outlook BUT as possibly EVERYONE ON THIS PLANET KNOWS to set-up a outlook you need TWO THINGS (not the email, username & pw) THE IN AND OUT GOING MAIL SERVERS !!!!
The question is DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE (AND NO I HAVE TRIED mail.myfirmsname.ba as well as out.mail.myfirmsname.ba and in.mail.myfirmsname.ba
and nothing works so again DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE IN AND OUT GOING MAIL SERVER FOR HORDE MAILS ???
PLS answer

Hello,
The question is not what are the incoming/outgoing mail servers for horde? The incoming/outgoing mail server settings will be the same no matter what webmail or email client you use. By default the incoming/outgoing mail servers are mail.yourdomain.com. If these are not working for you it could possibly be 1 of 2 things:
1. Yourdomain.com is not hosted/pointed at bluehost therefor causing mail.yourdomain.com to resolve elsewhere
2. It is not actually the incoming/outgoing mail servers that are the issue and in that case support can help you further.
My recommendation is to try one thing before contacting support directly which is to update your incoming and outgoing mail servers to: box##.bluehost.com (substituting box## with your servers actual box## ex. box321.bluehost.com) If you are not sure how to do this or unsure how to find this information please contact support and we would be happy to help you.

OK so first of all... HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT NOBODY ON THE EARTH CAN UNDERSTAND THAT QUESTION EXCEPT THAT ONES WHO POST THEM....
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE IN/OUT SERVER FOR HORDES EMAIL ACCOUNTS ARE...
I KNOW THAT THEY ARE THE SAM FOR EVERY CLIENT BUT I DONT KNOW HORDES IN/OUT SERVERS AT ALL.
SO FOR EXAMPLE MY EMAIL @ HORDE IS FOLLOWING : first.last@myfirm.com (where "myfirm" is my firms name and first.last my name)
I HAVE TRIED mail.myfirm.com and it doesn't work !!!!
SO DON'T TELL ME THIS STORIES ABOUT IT JUST TELL ME WHAT THE IN/OUT SERVER ARE !!!!!!!

I assume that you have a BlueHost account?
If so, the answer from chendrickson is spot on. Horde is an web mail application, while Outlook is a desktop mail application. In order to download your mail to Outlook, you need your unique incoming and outgoing mailserver names. You may need to adjust your port settings as well. Go to cPanel, click on Email Accounts in the Mail window, find your email address, and then from the drop-down menu click Configure Email client. Failing that, contact BH directly either with a phone call or the LiveChat service.
Again, your challenge has NOTHING to do with Horde.
In the future, please try to be less beligerent with your posts; posting in ALL CAPS make it seem like you are yelling and you will get very little sympathy from the other users posting here. Fair warning - if you continue to act like a small child, then you will get booted from the forums.

OK I am sorry about that....
So, i understand now that Horde isn't the provider of my account but someone other is and horde is simply the program like outlook but only online, right ?
So how I am gonna find out the in/out servers of my email account ?
I have tried searching when I am logged into my account via Horde and couldn't find it do if it really exists inside of the Horde program (i mean the information about my account and the in/out servers) where can I find them ?

The answer to your question was given by redsox9 if you read it again, but here it is again.
Go to cPanel, click on Email Accounts in the Mail window, find your email address, and then from the drop-down menu click Configure Email client. Failing that, contact BH directly either with a phone call or the LiveChat service.
Look at the information there and you will find everything you need.

There's a dropdown menu on the button labeled MORE on the same line as the email address that you created.

Go to the cPanel - not Horde - you need to start reading the directions you are given a little more carefully.

That's not what I asked. Is your domain hosted at Bluehost. If it is then you would know what the cPanel is.

Okay, you're gone, dino13.
Rather than reading the responses and answering reasonably direct questions, you give short, snippy responses and make strong demands. While being a BH account owner isn't an absolute requirement, you have become an boorish, unwanted guest.
To everyone else: this is the reason ALL users should be familiar with the following post: Read Before Posting (http://www.bluehostforum.com/showthread.php?16798-Read-Before-Posting).
Thread closed.

NO ! the email is not hosted by Bluehost
While being a BH account owner isn't an absolute requirement, this question was posted in the BlueHost Related Help - General Questions forum and so where it was posted implied that the email was hosted by BlueHost.
Those posting should read the names of all the forums in order to decide which one their question belongs in.
