I originally had a bluehost account with hosting space and a domain, but since have switched to using Weebly. However, my domain is still with Bluehost, which has given me a number if problems since I'm not able to access the cPanel.

How can I set up custom email addresses (e.g. Feedback@mydomain.com)? Bluehost support said that I can only do that with Weebly, and Weebly says it must be done through the domain provider. They also said that one can be set up using google apps, but I receive the following error upon trying: This domain has already been registered with Google Apps. Please contact your domain administrator for instructions on using Google Apps with this domain.

What can I do to set up an email? Are there any alternative routes?

Thanks for the help!

Doug

What you need to do is get your domain transferred either to Weebly or to an independent registrar (like GoDaddy.com). I would recommend the latter to avoid this situation should it arise again.

I don't know what the protocal for doing this with BH, but you should be able to contact a rep either over the phone or through LiveChat.
