Well I have been on another box for some time and got moved to another due to server load problems and generaly because the box I had before ran like crap.
Now I am on box 138 and everyday the server load is blinking red, my mail account fails and it blinks red in the "pop" message field. Takes 1 minute to even see the banner in the c-panel, and thats on a 4mbit connection..
Been trying to reach Bluehost via their ticket system, but no answers for some days.
Whats the ticket system there for?
If I dont want to call em via phone, are there other options to get in contact with this company?
