From 'Moving Wordpress' in the wordpress.org codex, it says to "Download a copy of the main wordpress files from your OLD blog to your hard drive and edit wp-config.php to suit the new server."

What do I need to edit? is there a simple way to do this? I downloaded a backup of my blog. I haven't switched the nameservers in Godaddy yet to Bluehost. I thought I read I needed to move the database files to the new host before switching the nameservers?

Any suggestions?

You won't want to update your name servers until after you've made the change. The process can be more complicated depending on if you're changing the domain name itself that wordpress is running on as well. I believe Bluehost has a good suggestion for a site migration company that will do the migration for you.
